  • This is not true barbecue. Most of the meats are pre-done sous vide then put on a grill before serving. The texture of the food is not the same as a long, slow smoke. None of the sides are memorable, and at best servicable. Cleveland is no BBQ town, and Ribsticks preserves that tradition.
