  • I highly recommend this little store for great customer service. I brought my 14 year old Oreck in to see what could be done to save it. Brian helped me and made my day. He mentioned all the thing I could do to get it up to speed all the while not pressuring me into buying a new one. He truly understood my needs and took care of it. I will definitely be back not only for my vacuum needs but also for some great cleaning products. Brian was such a great salesperson and I ended up buying more than just vacuum parts :). I will be back!!
