  • It's not a bad place to find books, CD's or DVD's, however they could be friendlier. Employees are a little snooty and lack any sense of humor. Merchandise buyback is on the cheap side, I understand they are a business and want to make money but sheesh! I would rather go to a Public Library...the store in Everett, WA was much better.
