Beware! Their business office may give you incorrect information. I called the business office ahead of time to pay cash instead of paying with insurance. They had me look up codes from the surgeon office. After that I paid them the cash amount they said it would be. The lady I talked to on the phone said that I could call back in a couple weeks and get the breakdown of expenses to see if the insurance would pick up any of the amount. I received a bill after my surgery and called the business office to see why I was billed. They said that I can only pay cash if I am paying cash for doctor and hospital. I explained to her that this was not what I was told. She made several excuses on why the lady I talked to would have been incorrect on what she told me. Now I am stuck with the payment because I don't want it to go to collections. I have paid in advance for anesthesiologist before. It is frustrating to have one business person tell you one thing and later be told another!
