  • Just had a very bad experience here for my first time. I knew I should've just stuck with RC Willey. From the delivery to missing an ottoman, to rude customer service. ALWAYS INSPECT YOUR ORDERS when you receive them! I was talking to two ashley locations and was told I would receive a brand new one only to be told by the other agents that I could receive a showroom ottoman! Las vegas customer service reps are so rude and inconsiderate! Arizona reps were the ones who were helpful!
