  • My one piece of advice to anyone reading this review is go to another company. I was recovering from surgery and didn't do my research and now realize it was a big mistake. Our initial meeting with the sales person in May went well and after that it went downhill. The office staff is clueless and doesn't know what's going on and our sales person has authorization to do nothing. Will now not get installation till August a month later than we were told, then need to wait another five weeks for APS approval. Not at all what we were told. Let's hope their installation is better than the rest of their business.
