| - Long, long overdue review, as I have been using Scottsdale Auto Glass for years.
When I first moved here, I used Safelite, as, well, everyone seemed to. MISTAKE. New windshield had to be redone, as it was uneven, and leaked. Seriously?
Scottsdale Auto Glass was referred to me by an auto detailer in the Airpark who does high end cars. And thank God they were.
Over the years, I have called them three times for new windshield glass. The owner personally handles all calls, will phone your insurance company for you, will talk through the job with the insurance company, and facilitates all claims directly. Ridiculously easy and seamless. I've never seen a bill, nor had to deal with the paperwork. I LOVE that!! Also, they have replaced glass same day in all of my cases (though I think the worst case would be a day wait to secure the glass).
To the work...they offer mobile service, will give you a two-hour service window, a heads-up courtesy call before arrival, and will do the install in your garage or driveway. The techs are fantastic - super experienced in all vehicles, but definitely excel in luxury cars. If you drive a high-end car, then you know what a whining baby you are (admit it!!) about your car, and how you expect work to be meticulous and clean. This is what you will get with Scottsdale Auto Glass.
I would never use another auto glass vendor for my car (self-admitted whining baby here), and give them the highest recommendation possible.
Screw Safelite. If you love your car, value quality work, call SAG. :)
