I would review Duquesne Light's service, but I haven't gotten far enough to set up service yet. I've called for 3 days now and every time I get stuck in the menu options.
A. There are far too many options to choose from.
B. I finally chose the options I thought were appropriate for a new customer trying to sign up for service. I chose residential customer - Contact department - Sales - and was then given a number to call back to speak with customer service. It was the same number I had dialed and was pushing menu options on. WHAT?
So confusing. I am now on hold (it's been over 30 min) waiting for someone to process my info so I can get power in my apartment. Already dissatisfied and I'm not even a customer yet.
Please tell me it gets better...
