  • I went in to pick out carpet for the master bedroom. The salesman didn't really take much interest in answering any of my questions. The carpeting that I ended up purchasing was crappy and had I known that it was going to mat up within 6 months, I would have never made the purchase. I didn't go in to buy the cheapest carpeting....I told the salesman that I wanted something priced reasonably, but I was worried more about quality. The installation guy wasn't too bad (at least he spoke English!), but I had asked him to let me vacuum the floors after he pulled up the carpeting and he didn't. That bothered me. I told the salesman that I was re-carpeting the master bedroom, but would be re-carpeting the rest of the house at a later time. Now that "later" has arrived, I'm definitely not returning to Carpets N More.
