  • I would give ZERO stars if I could. Don't waste your time coming to this place. I should have listened to the multiple bad reviews about customer service. Guy at the counter (supposed shift leader) had a terrible attitude from the second we walked in. Oh and if you're thirsty TOO BAD. You can't even bring in your own water!!!! THIS IS ARIZONA, people need to stay hydrated. If you're on a league this may be the place for you. If you're a family looking to have some fun with your kids GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Thanks Brunswick, because of the awful way you treated us I have a highly disappointed 10 year old. We refuse to pay you a penny. Oh yeah and he earned this trip by having a good week at school. Thanks for crushing his little dreams. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
