| - First I called ,and by luck of a cancelation I was able to get in. It was my first time at this salon ,and being new to the area... you understand.
So I walked in to the studio, and was greeted with a smile and asked if I would like a drink, coffee, tea, water. I had joked and asked if the had juice and they said no but would be happy to get some if I wanted.
Dusty, to be my stylist, emerged from a back door, a tall, trim, and assuredly dapper fellow, who had a very chic look. For me, a stylist that looks the part, and is fashionable has to be at the forefront of their trade. Right?
So after a 5 minute consult of my hair, my ideas, now his ideas. We started, rinse, was and cut. Small talk is always great, and actual witty banter is a lost art. Dusty had me laughing, with his story telling and his "hair facts" that before I knew it I was done. A cut and style under wraps. The style of the cut is not a run of the mill get you in get you out deal. Where clippers reign supreme, he took his time with sheers, trimming and creating.
After the fact and now waking up and looking in the mirror, I love it. My hair is perfect. Thanks to Dusty, I will definitely be back.
