Made an appointment. Arrived early knowing I would have to fill out paperwork. After my paperwork was done, they informed me that the doctor is running 30 minutes behind. They have a magnet board at the front desk that lists the doctors and if they're in, running on time or running late. My doctor is indicated as being on time. But the girl at the front desk doesn't seem that bright, and she's the face of the office. Nobody can be bothered to even non-verbally update their patients.
People have jobs. Those jobs pay for the insurance that pays these doctors and their offices. When you make an appointment, that time should be honored as close as possible.
I made a work appointment for an hour and a half after my appointment. Had this place valued me as a patient and as a person, I would have had no problem honoring my own job and client.
