  • STOP YOUR SEARCH AND PICK UP THE PHONE NOW! Your search for movers has very happily come to an end! Call Justin and get booked for the finest moving service you can find, bar none! I spent three weeks suffering with the decision of " do it myself" or "hire a crew". What I found during that search was that of the flyers that had come in the mail, the seven I called or checked out, were related either by phone number or by address, or by that familiar same voice answering each of the different phone numbers. All of the seven were also listed on Craig's List with a litany of horrible complaints regarding how the estimate is given, job is started and once at the delivery address, the supervisor doubles or triples the price of the estimate, demands immediate payment in cash, and holds the contents of the truck hostage until payment is rendered. No credit card, no debit card and no check allowed. And if you call the police to recover your belongings, the officer's hands are tied because this is not a criminal matter, but a civil matter which must be dealt with by the court system. The movers are very aware of this which is why you are paying cash, no receipt, no proof of service and for that matter, they "never moved you" and have " never even heard of you." "You must be thinking of another, similar sounding company". I was extremely hesitant to consider using any service after reading all the complaints and reviews on line. I took the bold move of reading one more review, Just-in Time Movers. What I saw on Yelp was 149 excellent reviews and one letter to the BBB complaining about the service. How on earth does this make sense? I filled out a request for an estimate and held my breath when I pushed enter. I was of the belief that I still was in the driver's seat until they, IF I said okay, showed up at my front door. First thing in next morning, Andy called to follow up on the request . I had listed the items I wanted moved and he went over the list, advised me that 2 movers would be sufficient for the move, and I gave him plenty of room for him to add to his bill by sending a third mover here. HE DID NOT! Still keeping in mind the horrible reviews of other company's, I asked for that estimate. Went over how he came up with his numbers and then I asked the impossible. I asked if they could be there 8AM the following day. His answer floored me, he asked, " how about 7AM?" Oh, come on. Are you serious? My experience with the day of the move, you ask? 6:45AM, a clean, well marked, truck shows up. Two, clean shaven, raring-to-go, positive and energized, professional movers pop out and introduce themselves with a firm handshake! I hadn't had my coffee yet so I was thinking, I know that is what the yelp reviewers had said, but oh, my. to see this in real life was marvelous! The team went over the items to be moved and immediately started to wrap each piece of furniture with shrink wrap to hold drawers tight. I left to go 2 blocks down the street to get coffee and by time I went through the drive through and returned, they were 5 minutes from complete in moving all the items onto the truck. This was the contents of a two bedroom apartment, just to give you some idea of quantity. No dawdling, no complaining, no slowing down, not even a break! Upon arrival at the destination, I was waiting for the doubling or tripling of the bill and the demand for cash only....no!. Just open the back of the truck and "where would you like this item?" They had the truck emptied in record time, no hitting the freshly painted walls, even going up the stairs! Then, I was still waiting for it..... the final price. LESS THAN THE ESTIMATE!!! Please, if you are contemplating a move large or small, local or out of state, you have found gold here! Polite, polished, professional, strong, efficient. They are, by far, acting like the Fortune 500 of Movers! And we are fortunate enough that they are in the greater Phoenix area! I asked for business cards, which I will gladly use for friends and family looking for their own "POSITIVE" experience in the world of movers! Call Justin Hart @ Just-in Time movers! You can tell him I sent you..course it would be nice to mention yelp here, as well...
