  • Either the early reviewer and I were at two different spas because clean is the last word I would use for my experience. I agree that nice people work there but this is no spa. I bought a spa package from Deal Find and thought it was implied that this would be a spa but it clearly is not. The staff is nice but inexperienced; my head massage was nail scratching on my scalp. The hygienic conditions are very poor. The towels are not clean, massage table not appropriately setup with unclean pillow while laying on vinyl mattress protector that fell off half way through the massage. The "massage room" was a very small back area with partitions and bright fluorescent lighting throughout your whole massage experience while you are hearing all the sounds of the nail salon. The washroom was their staff room with leaky ceiling and exposed mop and bucket of dirty water. The setting is more a nail salon than a spa, which I'm not sure if I would want to get my nails done there if there tools are as clean as my massage experience.
