  • Utterly and completely ridiculous. It took them 25 minutes to make 3 super shawarmas with NO crowd. I love Osmows but this experience has turned me off the entire chain for life. They legit STARTED making my shawarmas 20 minutes after my order was placed, and I can't stress this enough, there is NOBODY here. I'm seriously looking around to see if this is a prank or something.
