I originally gave them a 5 Star but they don't even deserve 1 now! They were down more than 8 days in the month so far and it is only the 15th. I called the District Manager (Mike) and complained to which he copped an attitude and said it wasn't his problem. He got real nasty with me and asked what I wanted him to do. I told him to provide a free month since I was an unlimited customer and was not able to use it nearly two weeks so far. He told me that "wasn't going to happen". I cancelled my plan and went to another car wash!
