  • Interesting reviews I'm reading here about Ideal Realty. I personally don't see how any of this negativity about this great company could be true. My name is Greg and I have rented from Ideal Realty since I first moved to Las Vegas in March of 2001. From my 1st encounter they were patient and very helpful in finding me the particular house I needed and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. I am now renting from them for over 14 years and in my 3rd residence. Their responses to any problems I might have been having have always been quick and any repairs were always done timely. I have always received my deposit back within 30 days and never an argument on the amount. In fact Aiko, actually let me transfer my deposit money to my new Summerlin home in April 2014, which was very helpful in keeping my moving expenses lower. (Seriously who does that?). Ideal Realty Thats Who! So for those of you looking for a rental management company that knows how to treat tenants and clients I highly recommend Ideal Realty. I think the reviews on here have been written by competitors to try and discredit a great company and some even to go as far to call Aiko names, ridiculous she is a very sweet lady who is always friendly and helpful.
