| - The only reason they are getting a two star review is because they were able to do my move with very short notice, when the other moving company mixed up my moving time and I needed a last minute mover.
Other than that, DO NOT use this company if you have nice or expensive things. They say you sign off on .60 cents a pound of damaged items, but when they damage, chip, scrape, and split furniture in half, this is not even close to the compensation that should be given if your items aren't from ikea. My items weigh way more than 100 lbs that they damaged, but were still only willing to give me a $60 refund. They offered to send a repair guy out, but after days of not hearing back on when, just took the $60 to be done with it. I also stubbed my toe this morning on my bed, looked under it to see what that was, and noticed he never put my support beam on my bed because he had mentioned he lost the screws. Never told me he wasn't putting it back together though, just tried to hide it under the bed just laying there. The guys response when I told him about this was "sorry for your unfortunate accident" so are you going to accept the $60? When I called to talk to someone, he told me that every time he moves his stuff gets damaged and that's just the way it works, that's what you sign off on. Will never use them again, and all of this after paying $866 for moving a 2 bedroom place that took them 8 hours. Do not use.
