  • I have had cox since 1990s even when they were changing everything to fibro and we lost TV for days but at least it was inexpensive and friendly. Now I have a home Dvr in family room and one in master and in three years the still haven't fixed it. You can't play what is recorded on one in the other one. A hole in the wall they were supposed to fix is still there. My bill is over 200.00 for the malfunctioning home Dvr and Internet. No phone,no premium channels and nothing additional. They advertise all this new stuff but they can't get what they have working. Looking in to dish and direct.
