  • Take your business else where. Notice how the only positive reviews come from people in the Scottsdale, AZ area. Where is this business located??--the Scottsdale, AZ area. Hm. I too had ordered a product for a Christmas present, and was supposed to receive it in time. I didn't. After waiting for my product and not having heard from Active Forever, I finally received an email on January 7 from Amazon explaining that my product had never shipped and they are not going to charge my account. Thank god for Amazon. I contacted Active Forever and they informed me they had run out of the product and won't be receiving any more until the end of January. Awesome, thanks. Their customer service was a joke. Unresponsive, short, and NOT helpful. The name of the "Key Accounts Manager" was Debbie Dollar...I don't care who handles my account, and I understand there are woman (maybe even men) with the name Debbie Dollar, but this seems like a fictitious name for a "Key Accounts Manager". Have some accountability for yourself and your business. Maybe "Ivan Inventory" should have done a better job ensuring the product I wanted was available. Ps. This is my first review. I've had some bad experiences in my past, but this is the one that propelled me to create a YELP account and write a review.
