  • Actually a zero!! Such a horrible property management company. We have rented from them for two years now and are finally moving out. From lack of communication to incompetent maintenance staff their level of unprofessional is immeasurable!! Currently have an application on a house and CAN NOT get them to do the verification of occupancy. We paid on time and were very respectful tenants. On their site it states very clearly that it will be provided within 72 hours. It's been a week now!! And once I spoke to a supervisor they told me they are backed up 2 weeks!! HOW is this in any way ok. Just so horrible!! Trust me please do not do business with this company.
