  • Parking: Valet fro $19/night Check-In: Easy and painless. They had everything ready and the whole check-in process took less than 1 minute. Room: I got the king bedroom suite. BEAUTIFUL hard wood floors with a wet bar, mini fridge, and microwave; couch and flat screen TV in the main room. Master bedroom had huge windows, a desk, flat screen, extremely comfortable bed and vanity counter/sink. The bathroom was small, but the tilework is beautiful. Stand-up shower had wall-faucet as well as ceiling rainfall shower- it was SO refreshing! Also came with comfy waffle robes and slippers. Gym: 2 treadmills, 1 eliptical, 1 bike, and free weights. Breakfast: I ordered an omlette- took about 15 minutes to make. No one came to check on me after I got the food, which I found to be very disappointing. Check-out: Again, very fast and easy- less than 1 minute! FYI: This hotel is down the street from Cleveland Clinic. You can hear sirens intermittently throughout the night. If you're a light sleeper, something to consider!
