  • Jill and Char, in the Sausalito, CA branch were very proactive in finding the best mortgage for me and my situation, which was not the easiest (some debt, self-employed, etc...)! They go above and beyond to help you not only to find the best mortgage fit, but the best fit for your life and finances. They communicate clearly and regularly stay in touch about the process and steps. They also explain the details of the loan(s) in layman's terms. This is the 2nd time I have used Jill and Char to help me refinance (I 'followed' them to All Western Mortgage) and other friends also have used them on repeat occasions through word of mouth recommendations too. Highly recommend!
