Save your money and your brows... go somewhere else. Photos available below. They look horrendous and cost me a small fortune. In addition, Shay is one of the rudest people I've ever dealt with. It's all good until you tell her you're unhappy with the results. She needs to work on customer service and learn to bite her tongue when she disagrees with the customers opinion. I told her after my initial appointment I was unhappy with the way my eyebrows looked and she responded by simply saying I'm wrong, they look fine and the shape doesn't look like what i'm saying it looks like. The customer is always right... especially when they are talking about something that has been done to their face and not liking what has been done to their face. Simply disagreeing with me while being rude about it will not make me like what has been done to my face any more. After telling her I didn't like the results (shape, color, thickness of the strokes, uneven strokes) her rude behavior just escalated. It was worse than dealing with a child and made me feel uncomfortable throughout my appointment. It was awkward and I just wanted to get the hell out of there.
My eyebrows were not symmetric before, one was perfectly full and needed no build up in the arch or tail, while the other was quite bare from years of over plucking... She somehow managed to even ruin the full brow by building the arch way beyond the natural arch and extending the tail below the natural hair line. The arches are more uneven now than before with one sitting higher and further up and out.
I will post additional photos at the 6 month mark although at this point they do not seem to be changing much more. The "strokes" are very thick - not "hair like" at all, and due to the thickness of the strokes compared to how thin my natural brow hairs are, I find myself spending more time filling them in now than I did before. Without filling them it is very clear there is a tattoo on my face. Having to even out the arches and tails to make my brows appear symmetrical is more time consuming now than when my brows were bare. All I can hope is that it all fadesssssss away within a year so it's not too difficult to correct down the road. There are a dime a dozen eyebrow places in the city ... be patient, try to get into one of the places with a wait list.
