  • My 3 star review is based on rating the Hotel at 4.5, and the casino 2.5. * Hotel. Pros. As it is very new everything was in excellent shape, very nicely decorated with a huge TV, coffee maker, and bottled water - and a chocolate on the beds! Beds were very comfy, and the bathroom was very nice, with a great selection of toiletries. Staff was super friendly, and check-in was a breeze. Cons. As others have mentioned, the TV auto sets to their channel at power up - at a high volume, which is VERY ANNOYING. The road leading into the property has way too many stop signs for a street with little traffic (OK a minor issue). * Casino. Pros. Roomy, not too smokey, live band, happy hour. Cons. As others noted, this casino is upping the ante in terms of the amount you have to wager on the penny machines. Worse than that is some of the machines are programmed to require a minimum wager above the usual "# lines x credit". These machines have white stickers on them them saying "minimum wager is $XYZ". For example a $0.25 keno machine required you to play $1.00 -so if you hit BET ONE, you will play $1.00. I am hoping this is just due to the property being new and the machines are going to be re-programmed.
