rev:text	Insurance is insurance... State Farm is a reputable company and they are excellent at taking your money. I know, I've used State Farm for 35 years now. Any claims I've had over the year have resulted in varying levels of satisfaction from completely satisfied to super pissed off. As for this office in particular, 3 stars because of the front staff. Customer service seems to be a mystery to them. The place seems well staffed, but you could sit and wait in perpetuity.... As for Mike, I never met the guy, I am neutral on him except to say that he ought to give a training class in basic service. If you wanted to know why I was pissed off read on. Are you aware that your car is insured under your homeowners policy for break-ins/theft from your car. If you thought your auto policy covered your loss you're mistaken. Why??? Because your homeowners policy deductible is typically higher.
