rev:text	I was referred to Paul by a former co-worker for a quote and even though I wasn't shopping for insurance, as a courtesy to my friend, I allowed him to give me a quote. WOW - He came back with a great quote so we went to see him and switched that day. He made it so easy for us. That was probably 3 years ago and Paul has always gone the extra mile for us. Twice I have either missed a signature or changed payment and needed to sign something - and both times Paul offered and then personally brought them by our home so we didn't have to drive to his office. He is always available (and yes as someone previously reviewed - when you have changes, everything in writing so email is best) Thats just standard practice - an agent wouldn't be an agent very long if he changed your policy without written authorization. Additionally, he has been available to us in the evenings, and even on weekends. 2 years ago I was at the dealership buying a new car and because it was Saturday, called to leave a message for him for a quote on the new vehicle. He called me back immediately and all I had to do was text him the VIN number and he had a quote back to me in minutes. Paul is beyond professional, he is personable. He takes a personal approach to handling our insurance and found ways for us to save even more (by switching our homeowners policy over to Farmers, we saved even more on our cars. I've recommended Paul to SEVERAL of my friends - and even though my original friend went on in her career and no longer works for him - we're still there. And very happy.
