I will start off with complimenting the spin instructor Shannon and the hound men that tend to the front desk, however; the management team should be aware of how frustrating their class scheduling and fees policy is. When the scheduling process changed to Sunday at 6pm, everyone is waiting to get their preferred classes. I can't even tell you how many times there were "glitches" is the system and I was told I don't have a membership there so I can't schedule, by the time it was fixed all the spin classes were full. This is beyond frustrating especially when the times are so limited and don't work well with those of us who work past 5pm. Paying $120 a month for 6 spin classes (these are the only classes that fit the working persons schedule) is a bit ridiculous especially when the system isn't figured out. I called to cancel this morning because I am tired of the mistakes and less than satisfactory customer service and I was told that I can cancel but they will also bill me for next month. I asked why and I was told this is the policy. I pay $120 / month, a $10 cancel fee, and an extra months pay for canceling the membership. Perhaps you should tell your members that it's your policy to squeeze out an extra fee if they want to leave. I have been in customer service for 20 years and this display is absolutely awful.
