  • Called to make an appointment and the woman on the other end was incredibly rude. We were a bit late for our child's 9 month check up because we were in Spain for 6 weeks and there were no appointments available. The receptionist was quick to call me out on that as if it was any of her business. There's also a woman sitting at the front desk who is generally rude every time we come in. She's short, African American and has a weave. All it takes are a few negative team members to ruin a perfectly good business.
