  • No issues with the car, but I did have an issue with the front desk guy named Ali. He kept trying to get me to upgrade. He asked if I was going to stay around Vegas or drive elsewhere. After I told him I planned a trip to the Grand Canyon, again he tells me I need an upgrade because of the altitude. Apparently he thinks he's a master mechanic. So I asked what effect will it have? He had no answer and changed the subject.
