I came to brake masters on 1-13-17 to get my front and rear brakes serviced. Replaced my old semi metallic brake pads and replaced them with ceramic brake pads and got my rotors resurfaced with a lifetime warranty. WhenI came back on 4-21-18 to get a free brake inspection I was told that I needed to replace my rear brake pads and my rotors. When I took my car in on 1-13-17 I had 99,217 miles on my camary. When I took my car in on 4-21-18 I had 146,746 miles on my car. So I drove 47,529 miles between 1-13-17 - 4-21-18. However Brake Masters wouldn't cover the lifetime warranty even though I bought ceramic brake pads for my front and rear. Then on top of that they wanted to charge me 246 dollars to replace my rear brake pads, replace my rear rotors and do a brake flush. I told them no thank you. I went to autozone and got some some durlast gold ceramic rear brake pads with a lifetime warranty and two new rear rotors for 130 bucks and did the brake job myself. Don't waste your time getting ripped off.
