  • NEVER AGAIN. Well it only took 7 trips to get a simple problem resolved. Which was 35 hours of lost work for me, and guess what the problem is back less than two weeks later. Save yourself the headache, time and money call someone else, a first grader would do a better job. If you do chose to go with this company ask for a senior tech and make sure you have everything documented, the money pit will just continue to grow!
