Very convenient location and perfect for morning workouts when you live close enough (by the waterfront for example) since can quickly jog home to shower then be off to work. Can be hard to find, but just remember it's across from Staples and on the 2nd floor of the 100 Yonge St building (labelled). It's in the building right beside Lbs restaurant. Look up and you can see people exercising from Yonge street.
Downsides include too small of a group exercise room and no group classes on the weekends, I think? Upsides include free towel service and clean venue. Crowd tends to be middle-age and older.
