| - I bought a bed set which is actually made of plywood instead of genuine wood as sales said. The bed has cracks at the bottom between layers. Two drawers cannot be closed properly. The other furniture is TV stand and its middle door cannot be closed. They claimed that to return those damaged furniture, I would have to pay the shipment fee!
To be fair, there are good furniture in Ashley, but not all of them. You have to pick carefully. For example, there are very nice gel memory form pillows, memory form bed, desks, tables, chairs. But you need be careful about bed set. My recommendation is always buying hard wood bed, not plywood one, since large size plywood furniture will certainly break after bumping down stairs in mover's trolley.

I went to there again to discuss about the bed wood issue and changed it with a hard wood bed. The sales were very nice and quick, and I got the deal with 20% off.
Here is the critical tip to remember:
1. Change furniture in 48 hrs after delivery date. Remember Holidays are included!
2. Always take trouble to choose or change for the ideal furniture. Don't be lazy on this.
3. Pick sales by yourself. If you sense the sales not professional or slow, find another one.
4. Give yourself time to think and observe without being disturbed. The longer you stay, the more details you see, and the more chance you have to find ideal furniture and good deal.
To conclude, you could get ideal furniture and good deal if you are picky and careful; but you may also get bad furniture and bad service if you tolerate them.
