  • We always eat at Billy Bob's at least once during each vacation. It's a very casual Steak House and the food is hearty. On this night, instead of usual Rib Eye my husband and I decided to try something different. My husband went with the Salmon filet and baked yams, while I ordered the bone in pork chop. My husband enjoyed the salmon, it was moist. I enjoyed the pork chop, had it cooked medium and it was moist. (thank you to Ivan at Alder & Birch for telling me a new way to have pork chops) Desert is always amazing at Billy Bob's. This time around we had the Death by Chocolate with coffee. Oh my gosh......just awesome. Now if only they would bring back those Foot long eclairs then they would be perfect! lol Hubby gives a 4 and so do I
