  • I would give a zero if I could. I just walked into this location. June 20 2017 at 2:35pm. The sign in the window said no waiting so I went in. I was not greeted like other locations and immediately noticed there were 2 men waiting in the waiting area. I signed in anyway and the computer said it was a 26 minute wait. Ok so someone doesn't know how to work the sign or that there even is a sign. They had two stylist working so I figured I would wait. The first stylist a younger thinner male in the front right station finish with his client and checked them out. He then cleaned his station and disappeared. By this time I had waited 19 minutes of the estimated 26 minute wait and I was still behind two people. This location needs some work folks. A hint of customer service and a dash of common courtesy. Turn off your damn sign!
