  • My first visit to Vivi Nails Spa was also my last at this godawful place that seriously needs to get its act together. Despite making an appointment, I waited 10 minutes at an empty station for someone to attend to me, only to have my service come to a stop because the nail technician had another client. One of the other techs insisted that said she finish my manicure. The entire process felt rushed. The tech didn't soak my nails and didn't clean them thoroughly. All she did was trim, shape and add polish. In addition, unlike other nail salons where new nail grooming tools are used on every client, that's not the case here... As the procedure was nearing an end, the tech continued to apologize for the embarrassing moment that took place 20 minutes prior. She reiterated how the other tech had a client. I told her that was an unacceptable excuse, to which she had no reply. I truly wanted to give this salon a chance considering the praise I heard from others about their experience here. However, I'll continue to frequent my usual nail salon.
