  • I have been going to this office for over 20 years. Dr. Merle Turner is AWESOME, but he has retired from seeing patients now, but is still involved with the operation. I have no issues with the Doctors or services rendered, and have never had an issue with the wait times. My main issue is with the billing department. They are so inept. They charge my credit card without my knowledge and with no invoice or details of the charge because I provided them a CC on file. When I call to find out why I was charged, it takes them forever to explain. Is it so difficult to mail me an invoice with what I owe like any other Doctors office? This is common practice in any business...bill for services. I have complained several times to Tammy in their billing office but it falls on deaf ears. The medical billing with insurance has become a nightmare to understand what is paid, co-pay, deductible, etc. Warner Family Practice continues to make it much more confusing than it needs to be. DO NOT GIVE THIS OFFICE A CREDIT CARD ON FILE!
