  • I was very disappointed. The sale went smoothly but if you have any issues they will not be addressed. Once the deal was done, do not expect anything. They are done with you and must not care about having you as a repeat customer. I must have been very fortunate with other dealerships as they have always returned calls and followed through on their commitments. We purchased 2 used Hyundai's for our kids over the Thanksgiving weekend. As they were used we understood they were as is. We completed the purchase and took home the first vehicle on Saturday night. We came back Sunday morning to test drive and bought the second one that day. When we got home we discovered the key fob (it only came with one) was not working right, went to change out the battery and found that did not solve the issue. I contacted our Sales Representative who said she will assist in getting us either a used one or facilitate getting a new one. I contacted her by phone and each time she told me she was working on it. After two weeks and no contact I sent her an email and no response. The lack of response and no follow up tells me a great deal about them.
