Signed my daughter up because it is close to the house. More out of convenience than anything. Price extremely high considering you provide everything (diapers, food, formula). They do not give vacation weeks so make sure you take that into consideration. We had issues with our daughter getting sick every other week. I understand she will get germs but when I go in and see the same sick children and wonder why their parents or the daycare are not sending them home is beyond me. The place still gets paid. I drop my daughter off after we keep her home to get her better. Costs my wife and I time off but still pay the daycare. Bring her back and kids that have been sick or are still sick don't get sent home. Kids Kampus gave us vacation weeks. They don't and they don't do part time. To pay the amount they ask for is ridiculous. Not asking for free asking for fairness. Teachers are great but they are doing their job. Hand foot and mouth was going around and never informed us that kids at the center had it in my daughters class no doubt. Their answer was we hoped she wouldn't get it. I would not and will not recommend this place. It is a money making facility that's it. I moved on the south side of town and this was the closest place. I will be taking my daughter on base which is much more reasonable and just as convenient. Moving her to daycare on base saves me $240 a month and don't have to provide my own supplies. Shop around and compare get your best bang for your buck. Guaranteed you will find better. I know as a parent you don't want to surrender quality care for cheaper care. But if I could do it over I would have went to Kids Kampus. My son spent 7 years there and loved it.
Just for a follow up. We have a new daycare. My daughter loves it! She no longer cries when I drop her off and I am saving $330 a month. What a change to see your child excited and happy.
