  • The only reason I'm giving it a star is strictly because of it's location. I lived here for 2 years. It was nothing but a headache. The water is shut off CONSTANTLY through out the year due to 'underground leaks'. I'm talking about 6 months out of the year. Sometimes twice a month. There are bums that scavenge through the trash and sleep behind the dumpster. Being startled by them taking out your trash or finding them first thing in the morning is awful. I've had to report it MULTIPLE times. It takes multiple attempts of calling and asking to get anything repaired or fix. The office never answers the phone and the maintenance people never show up. Maintenance is ALWAYS under staffed. My neighbors have had multiple issues with bugs... roaches, scorpions, ants. I was lucky enough to not have had that problem. Spare yourself and look elsewhere.
