The service here, or lack thereof, is awful. We were in the store at least 15 minutes and not one store associate greeted us or asked if we needed assistance. I literally stood right next to an employee while he was wiping down equipment and he never acknowledged me. Like, hellooooo I'm looking in your case at microphones. Do you see me? The ONLY reason I gave them 3 stars is because of the variety of instruments. We ended up leaving and visiting a competitor to purchase what we needed.
Make your customers feel welcome when they enter the store. Make eye contact and ask if they need assistance. Walk the floor instead of standing in one spot and ignoring customers. Make your customers want to spend money in your store. Give them a reason to return. Just...do better.
