  • We all know McDonald's is McDonald's. This particular location right by my office has lost my business because of a mouthy Manager. I will NOT go back. She belittles her employees, and on top of it all - made a degrading comment towards me for checking my phone as I was waiting for my food. I know she is aware her location is in a commercial area, and yes, people will check their phones during the business day. This sounds like something small - but it drives me nuts when people (especially one's who are in Customer Service) don't remember who the customer is. I treat others with respect - always - and it's not much to ask to expect the same. Learn some manners!!
