  • I'd give zero stars or negative if possible. For 12 months my bill has been wrong and I have spent no less than 20-30 hours probably more trying to get this right. It still isn't right. They have taken a sane person and absolutely made me a lunatic. This is the worst consumer experience I have ever had in my life and I wouldn't wish the stress on my worst enemy. If you choose cox - enter at your own risk.
