  • Wish there was a zero rating for this place. I too had a Groupon for a facial and 1-hour massage. I had to wait 3 months for a Saturday appointment and the morning of it was cancelled. The next time I came in I had just the facial done. It was just an okay facial. She didn't do any sort of skin analysis and didn't describe any of the products she was using. Better communication definitely needed there. The next time I came in my appointment had been moved by someone on their calendar program to later that afternoon (a time I could not do). So, I wasted an hour each way to get there and back. Also, the receptionist acted as if it was my fault. Not cool. Finally, I went for the second Hal of my appointment (the massage). It was not bad for a non-RMT, but it was 40 minutes long instead of an hour. I was 10 minutes late for the appointment which is my fault, but she still ended 10 minutes before my appointment time was up. What's up with that? Not to mention I could hear loud dance music coming from the gym that this spa is situated in. Not happy at all. Would never return.
