A true Chandler gem, must try.
Everything is fresh and delicious. Personal favorites are the beef tongue, yakisoba noodles, and teriyaki chicken. They have many off-menu items that vary and you should give the fish head/cheeks a go they're spectacular. Best way to order is as a combo you really get a lot for the money considering the atmosphere and quality of ingredients.
Best to reserve in advance as the space is small. The best place to sit is in the back room. Another potential downside is that they do run out of menu items from time to time.
