  • After 6 years as LV locals we finally made it to The Oyster Bar in Palace Station. WOW-What a concept. We waited inline for a seat to open up, this is the norm from what I hear. The food is worth the wait though. Shrimp cocktail- lovely large shrimp with spicy cocktail sauce- yum. Lump crab cocktail equally yummy. The house gumbo is excellent ( a Louisiana native rating) and the pan roast was delish! Well worth a try! Steve our waiter was friendly, great attitude and service!
