  • Moved in here in July, and at first we had a little maintenance issues with our toilet. But Felipe the head maintenance guy always helps us out. I just put the request in and go out to find him because he's the only one I want helping us with our problems. Honestly he has been so helpful in these past 4 months and I've always had a problem with maintenance is previous apartments but with Felipe working here thats never the case. These apartments our great to live in. There are some reviews on here about bug issues but i'v only seen a bug in my apartment about 3 times (roaches), and its honestly just during the dry/hot season, and partly because I left my screen door open a couple times. But since i've moved in they come spray once a week and never again saw a bug after that.
