  • I needed something fixed and decided to reach out to Embroidery LV. I messaged the business owner through Yelp and Liz responded within 30 minutes. I asked her if she could change an existing embroidery on a product I ordered elsewhere and she asked for pictures to check out the material. I sent her a few and she instantly responded saying she could do it and to just bring it in. The next day I came to her house, which is a home store. She told me she'd be done with my product within two days the latest. I paid an affordable price and the next morning she contacted me saying she was finished already. Liz is a very caring and open-minded individual. She takes the time to look at your materials and what you want in the embroidery. She doesn't turn you away because she can't do it, instead she finds every way possible to accommodate you and get you want you want in your product. Although her business is in her home, upon entering it looks like a mini office with various clothes displayed like a store. When I went in she was also by herself, she was taking calls, she was going back and forth to her desk to copy paperwork, and she had her sewing machines working in the back. With a nice business owner running her business herself completely just makes me admire her craft and determination to execute your vision as a customer. I highly recommend her!
