  • I just had my sectional cleaned! And I love the results! First I'll start with Jeff. I left a message on Thursday with J2 and Jeff replied within hours. He communicated well and gave me an estimate over the phone with a picture I sent him through Yelp. I was booked asap for Saturday!! Ok now for the work and service--I have a microfiber couch that is a fur, drool and odor magnet--I have 2 dogs that shed and drool a lot! I am so impressed with how clean it is. All stains and fur are gone. And the best part is the odor is gone too! My couch looks like new. Charles was super professional and knowledgeable. He definitely takes pride in his work. He made sure everything was to my satisfaction. I was so pleased with the results and his customer service that I am already making my next appointment for my carpets to get cleaned--and requesting Charles! Thank you Charles and J2!!
